Where’s home?
– NYC feel like home

What’s the most elaborate lie you’ve ever told and gotten away with?
 Is that even a thing? Not joking, honestly I’ve never really done it, I don’t believe in lying, the truth is always worth a lot more;

What’s your favorite word in any language and what does it mean?
Love . No matter what everyone has felt it and it’s people caring for one another, it’s beautiful and doesn’t harm.

Write down the recipe for your favorite meal.

Tortilla de Patatas. Ingredients:

1 Large Onion
5 Well Sized Potatoes
4 or 5 Large Eggs (Organic Please!)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive oil or Sunflower Oil

First of all you need to chop up everything. Super important as a big part of the recipe is the way you cut up everything. You want to slice both the potatoes and the onion (the onion will end up in rings – don’t worry about that).

Heat up a pan with oil and throw in the onion, let it cook slightly. When the onion begins to be clear add the potatoes, let them get fluffy but don’t wait until they are over done. Once the potatoes are done (you can usually tell by gently pressing on them with your cooking spoon- if the potato gently breaks, thats your sign to pull them out)pour out all the oil – you can strain the potatoes if this is easier. Then in a separate bowl, break the eggs, add the salt and pepper to taste and beat them all together- My dad will always tell you to add a little bit of milk, to make the whole thing creamier, just a thought.

Once the eggs are all beaten, add the potatoes and onions and mix all together in the bowl. Once it is well mixed return it to the pan (make sure the pan has a little bit of oil so our tortilla doesn’t stick).

Cook one side of it – you can tell because the edges will begin to cook too, when that happens, it’s time to flip it. Carefully place a plate on top of the pan, and while you hold the plate with one hand against the pan, use the other one on the pan handle and flip it. Once you have it flipped on your plate, push it back into the pan so the other half can cook. This time it will cook a bit faster, make sure to check on it and not cook the center fully. And VOILA! “Spanish Tortilla”, you can never go wrong.
